The YL-FZPK95 milling machine has the function of flipping up and down. When processing large plates, the plate does not need to be flipped. The machine only needs to be flipped to mill the upper and lower sides of the plate. It can mill angles from 0-75 degrees and also bevel the side edges of the plate. Angle adjustment is easily achieved with a hand-operated ratchet wrench. This model also features an elastic dual-lifting function, ensuring stable beveling even on uneven work surfaces.
This model offers a large beveling width (up to 80mm) and is suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, and various other metal plates. For large plates that are difficult to flip, it can be used in conjunction with a plate support (which our company can provide according to customer needs), allowing the equipment to move automatically while the plate remains stationary. Compared to traditional gantry-type beveling machines, it is more flexible in operation, not limited by site or plate size, and offers lower cost, lower energy consumption, and easier maintenance, making it more suitable for various complex work scenarios!
