The YL-FZ900 beveling machine processes upper and lower bevels, 90° step grooves, and side or end grooves on steel plates. Its adjustable angle, floating lift, and self-propelled travel support flexible heavy-plate edge preparation.
The YL-FZ900 beveling machine can be flipped to process upper and lower bevels, mill 90° step grooves, and machine grooves on the side and end faces of steel plates. The bevel angle is adjusted with a hand-cranked ratchet wrench. Its dual floating-lift design supports upper-bevel, lower-bevel, end-groove, and step-groove processing.
The machine is designed for large bevel surfaces on carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, and other compatible materials. When processing large plates on a support frame, the machine travels automatically along the plate edge. For smaller workpieces, the plate can be fed through the machine.
